Registration Process and Payment Method

Please register under Registration Process:

1. Regular participants have to pay the registration fee.

2. Authors have to pay for each accpeted paper the registration fee, which means only the registered paper will be published in the conference proceeding and submited for indexation.

3. Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.

4. The participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Changes in program can be necessary but are very rarely. We are not responsible for any changes in your travel arrangements. Changes in Hotel bookings are also under the responsibility of the participants.

Cancellation Policy

1. Authors will not get a refund after cancellation.

2. Conference registration can be cancelled only in writing to AOPR Conference Committee.

3. Conference registration cancelled on or before October 10th will be entitled to a 70 % refund. Registration cancelled after October 10th will not be entitled to a refund.
